EFET CERTIFICATION FOR BUSINESSES
Compulsory Training & Certification for Owners and Employees in Health Care Stores
BASIC HEALTH & SAFETY PRINCIPLES - Level I
Food business operators (simple operators) producing, processing, storing, transporting, handling food or dealing in retail, food, mass catering, confectionery or food production or processing laboratories to be developed and certified in the BASIC HEALTH & SAFETY PRINCIPLES (level 1).
KEK ΘΕΜΕΛΙΟ as a certified training organization organizes 10 hours (2 hours) seminars on Health and Food Safety issues with certified trainers from the EFET Trainers Register. Upon completion of the seminar, a certificate of follow-up will be issued for certification by the audit services while an official certificate will be issued by the Hellenic Research Foundation. after a written examination.
The training includes the following training modules:
- Introduction to food safety.
- Micro-organisms and their characteristics.
- Confusing and blocking them
- Individual Hygiene and Behavior of the Food User.
- The Working Environment.
- Cleaning Practices.
- Shakes and controls.
- Legislation on Food Hygiene.
Both the training and the training of the trainees for the examination are carried out by certified by the Hellenic Radio Television. trainers, who have extensive experience in the field of FOOD SAFETY & HYGIENE.
Training costs can be covered by subsidized LAEK programs and even the employee gets 160 €.
